General Terms of Use and Legal Responsibilities
It is recommended that you read the User Agreement, which includes the terms, conditions, rules, and legal responsibilities stated below, before using akar.store.
If these terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the akar.store website.
By using the website and completing the form containing your personal information, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms written on these pages.
1. Terms of Use and Security Rules
akar.store is open to all members. Unless otherwise specified, the services provided on the website are free of charge.
In the following cases, the site administration may block the user's access to the website and reserves the right to pursue legal action against the relevant person(s):
1.a Registering content on the website that contains false, irregular, incomplete, misleading information, statements contrary to public morality, or content that conflicts with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
1.b Copying the website content partially or entirely without authorization.
1.c Sharing user credentials such as username and password—either provided by the system or determined by the user—with third parties or organizations.
The user is solely responsible for any damages arising from the use of such information by third parties.
The user may not use another person’s IP address, email address, username, or similar information, nor may they access or use other users’ private information without authorization. Any legal and criminal liability arising from such actions shall belong to the user.
1.d Using software or engaging in activities that threaten the security of the website, prevent the operation of systems or software, attempt to perform such activities, delete or alter data, or attempt unauthorized access.

3.a User visit information (such as visit duration, time, and viewed pages) may be monitored to provide better service.
Such information may be shared within the scope of the Privacy Policy with companies cooperating in areas such as content development and advertising.
3.b After completing the required fields and confirming their email address, the user may begin using the website in compliance with the terms of this agreement.
3.c The user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, legislation regarding Trademark and Patent Rights, the Turkish Code of Obligations, and other applicable laws. The user is also obliged to comply with announcements and notifications made by akar.store. Any legal, criminal, or financial liability arising from non-compliance shall belong to the user.
3.d If the user fails to comply with the obligations stated in this agreement or general rules, their access to the website may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and their account may be terminated.
3.e The user may not engage in actions that hinder other users’ or visitors’ use of the website, may not upload automated programs to servers or databases, and may not attempt to lock or disrupt systems. In case of fraudulent activity, membership shall be terminated and all legal and criminal liability shall be borne by the user.
3.g The user may not remove or delete copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices from any material copied or printed from akar.store.
3.h Membership cancellation and account deletion may be carried out by the user. Upon cancellation, the user's access to the website shall be terminated. This action is irreversible.
3.j Relationships between users or between users and third parties are entirely the responsibility of the respective parties.
3.m Certain sections of the website may contain different rules and obligations. Users accessing those sections shall be deemed to have accepted such rules in advance.
3.n For information regarding the measures and policies adopted for the protection of personal data and privacy, please review the “Privacy Policy” section.
3.o The user is responsible for the accuracy of payment information used in transactions (e.g., credit card, GSM number, etc.) and accepts all legal and criminal consequences arising from such information.
7. Notification Addresses
7.a akar.store does not request a postal address from the user. The email address provided by the user shall be deemed the official address for legal notifications related to this agreement.
7.b Unless the parties notify each other in writing within 3 (three) days of any change to their email addresses, notifications sent to the previous addresses shall be deemed valid.
7.c Notifications sent by akar.store to the user’s registered email address shall be deemed delivered 1 (one) day after being sent.
The user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this agreement and guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.
